Tonight at our local county fair ( less than half the size of the Wise Co. Fair ) I met Jason Myers from Madhouse fame and spoke w/ him for about 5 minutes . Very friendly and personable guy not standoffish as I would have guessed . Even challenged him to a race on the bumper cars but he declined as he was w/ family . Instead of driving around a track he was pushing a baby stroller around the fairgrounds . Although it was a brief meeting , it was still interesting talking to someone you had watched on tv .
Life is a grindstone . Whether it grinds us down or polishes us up , depends on what we are made of .
Im hoping the new season is picked up by Speed Channel. I like Madhouse better than the one based on the dirt tracks of Iowa.
